· One Queen-sized bed to accommodate two guests comfortably.
· In-suite bath with tub and shower.
· $140/night April thru September plus local taxes (13%) - Total $158.20/night
· $130/night October thru March plus local taxes (13%) - Total $146.90/night
· $20 cleaning fee for first night
· $200 security deposit charged only if damages occur
· Full breakfast included
· WiFi / internet access included
· Air conditioning and heating
· Pets not allowed. Owners have outdoor dogs and cats on the property.
· Smoking in designated areas only. Absolutely no smoking in rooms.
· Other amenities available upon request: refrigeration space, hair dryer, BBW, etc.
