· Two night minimum
· One King-sized bed and one double-sized sofa bed. Can accommodate up to four people.

· En-suite bath with walk-in shower

· Rate $150/night plus 13.5% local taxes

· One-time $25 cleaning fee

· Total two night stay $365.50

· $15 for each additional guest over the age of 5 beyond double occupancy

· $200 security deposit charged only if damages occur
